Shipping Policy :
Concept Biogenie ships only to Canadian addresses via Canada Post or Dicom (without signature). Those services enable us to guarantee a reliable and efficient shipping solution.
No shipping is offered on Saturdays or Sundays.
For any personal order of $250 or more to Canada, shipping is free.
For any professional order of $500 or more to Canada, shipping is free.
For orders below the amounts specified above, you will be charged a $15 shipping fee. Fees are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy :
Only products damaged after reception can be returned. You have a period of ten (10) days after reception of the products to report a damage to the consumer service and proceed to an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling for the return of damaged products are your responsibility.
