Concept Biogenie places a lot of importance on ensuring that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if the items in your order appear to have been damaged in transit, please communicate with us within ten (10) days of the delivery.
All purchases made through the website assume consultation and express acceptance of our conditions of sale, with such acceptance conditional on the Purchaser’s hand-written signature upon reception.
Promotions
Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, bonus or coupons and apply only to online orders. Additionally, there is a limit of one (1) coupon per order.

Products
Cosmetics offered on the Concept Biogenie website are limited to those listed on the website on the day the Purchaser visits the site and are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, the Purchaser shall be informed no later than upon delivery of the order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
Payment can be made via Internet using a credit card or a PayPal account. Orders will be confirmed by the Vendor once confirmation of valid payment is received.
The Vendor reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in cases of an ongoing dispute with the Purchaser’s non-payment of a previous order, bank refusal to authorize credit card payment or non-payment.
Terms of Delivery
Once orders are prepared, they will be shipped to the mailing address provided by the Purchaser at the time of placing the order.
Reception
Each delivery is considered made from the handing of the product (s) to the buyer by the carrier. It is up to the buyer to check the conformity and the integrity of the product (s) shipped (s), immediately upon receipt of the product (s).
Any anomaly / concern identified at the time of delivery (including late delivery, missing or damaged product) must be fully and accurately reported by the buyer within three (3) days after receipt of the order to the consumer’s services.
Shipping
Concept Biogénie only ships to Canadian addresses. The products ordered by the customer will be delivered to the address indicated by the latter appearing on the order. The customer will have to enter a valid telephone number.
PROPERTY AND RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased on the site conceptbiogenie.com are delivered to you by a third party under a shipping contract. You become the owner of the product (s) and assume all risk of loss at the time of delivery of the products by Concept Biogenie to this third party responsible for delivery.
Return
Only damaged products upon reception can be returned; you have a period of ten (10) days after reception of the package to report the problem to the consumer services and proceed to an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling for the return of damaged products are your responsibility.
If you notice that a product is missing from your package, you have a period of ten (10) days after the reception of the package to report it to consumer services.
IMPORTANT
Returns or exchanges of purchases made online are not acceptable for returns or exchanges at Biogenie RETAIL outlets.
We’re sorry but returns or exchanges of purchases made at Biogenie professional retail outlets cannot be made at the conceptbiogénie.com website.
Damage items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
